Lake Meadow Naturals is proud to host Farm to Fork Classes
Chef Tony Adams is the Chef and Owner of Big Wheel Provisions in Orlando, Florida. Focused on sourcing locally grown product, Big Wheel is dedicated to using the best products the local area can offer, and continues to develop a line of products, goods, and services, which highlight the bounty of the local food system.
After getting his start at the acclaimed Empire Restaurant in Providence, Adams went on to serve in such world renown culinary establishments such as the Two-Star-Michelin Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxford, England, working for the famed Raymond Blanc. Once back Stateside, Chef Adams’ desire to teach brought him to teach at Le Cordon Bleu Orlando, specializing in meat fabrication and garde manger.
Launching Big Wheel Provisions in 2009, Chef Adams has kept busy keeping the brand relevant, conceptualizing and creating the now twice-named “Orlando’s Best Food Truck” in March of 2011 and developing Big Wheel’s boutique, local-food-focused catering wing, all the while maintaining private clients.

Farm to Fork Classes

With the combined efforts of these two great women Lake Meadow Naturals is happy to be bringing to you a series of classes.
This February will be a farm to fork dinner with the focus being on preparing a beautiful chicken dinner.
Each of you will also go home with your own cut up chicken.
Cost per class is $75.00
Registration for class can be done through emailing Sharon or by seeing her at the Saturday Winter Park Farmers Market!
